We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the
following state: TEXAS. The tax rate applied to your order
will generally be the combined state and local rate for
the address where your order is shipped. We are required
to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

we will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.
Shipping
and Handling:
Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering
(we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order
will be shipped Standard UPS unless you select an alternative.
Handling fees will be assessed as applicable. Once it is
shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business
days, although not guaranteed.
Returns
We want you to
love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us
know. Once a return is authorized, pack all items in a secure
carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing
slip. Send the item back to us at the address below using
any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and
prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly
exchange or refund as you instruct.

Your refund will
be credited back to the same card used to make the original
purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the
day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return
merchandise you ordered online our store.
Our Congress
Clothing stores gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn,
unused, or defective merchandise at any time accompanied
by an original sales receipt. For items returned within
30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of
payment will be refunded (checks/debit are refunded as cash).
For items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase,
a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid.
For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a
Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current retail-selling
price of the item(s) returned.

At Congress Clothing, our commitment is to offer convenience,

on-line at Congress Clothing will usually be priced the
same as merchandise offered at our affiliate Congress Clothing
store, in some cases, the Congress Clothing store may have

In the event a Congress Clothing product is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error,
Congress Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
