We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following state: TEXAS. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Shipping and Handling:
Most orders ship within 5 days and are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Free shipping uses USPS First Class Mail from Waco, your time in transit can be found on the map below. Reminder that shipping can take longer around federal holidays when the USPS is backed up or closed.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Once a return is authorized, pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Please remember to include the order number on your return label.
Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
We gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise at any time accompanied by an original sales receipt. For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded (checks/debit are refunded as cash). All Clearance and SALE items are FINAL SALE. We cannot accept any returns after the 30 day period.

Protecting children's privacy is important to us. Our Web Site is a general audience site. E-mails
You will receive promotional e-mails from us only if you have asked to receive them. If you do not want to receive email from Congress Clothing or its affiliates you can click on the unsubscribe link and hit send at the bottom of any email communication sent by us. Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.

Pricing Policy
At Congress Clothing, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at Congress Clothing will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate Congress Clothing store, in some cases, the Congress Clothing store may have different prices or promotional events at different times.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Congress Clothing web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information of the Congress Clothing web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Typographical Errors
In the event a Congress Clothing product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Congress Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Congress Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Congress Clothing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term/ Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Congress Clothing without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
